Real Estate

A gift of real estate can unlock powerful giving potential and may offer significant tax benefits. This can include a home, farmland, rental property, or undeveloped land. You can donate the full value or choose to give a portion of the property while retaining use of the rest. Real estate donations are flexible and impactful, and can even be part of your long-term giving plan.
