We are here to help whether you have a general question, want assistance, or need to report a concern. Our campus community is asked to remain mindful of their commitment that Every Red Wolf Counts. You do this by helping to keep the university a safe and ethical institution.
We do not condone wrongful conduct by anyone, no matter what position they may hold. A-State encourages the reporting of misconduct. If you see something, say something.
University Police
To report an emergency or if an individual is an immediate threat to self or others, contact UPD at (870) 972-2093 or dial 911 from any phone.
Pack Support
Pack Support is for anyone seeking campus resources, information and extra guidance. Pack Support is for non-emergency situations.
Sexual Discrimination or Sexual Harassment
Use the form linked below to contact the Office of Institutional Integrity & Title IX to report discrimination or harassment based upon sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, or parental status.
Discrimination or Bias
A-State does not discriminate based upon color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, age, national origin, religion, marital status, veteran status, genetic information or disability in any of its practices, policies or procedures. Use this form to file a report of discrimination or bias on the basis of any of these categories.
Campus Security Authority Reporting
If you are a part of the Campus Security Authority (CSA) and have become aware of an alleged crime occurring on or near campus, use this form to report the required information.
Student Pregnancy/Parenting Information
Title IX prohibits discrimination - including discrimination on the basis of pregnancy, adoption, parenting, and all related conditions - in education and in programs and activities that receive federal funding. If you are a pregnant or parenting student, you have the right to stay in school so you can meet your education and career goals.
Graduation & Academic Credit Appeals
Use the form below to contest decisions on university requirements such as graduation requirements, academic suspension, and academic credit.
Student Academic Grievance Process
Under certain circumstances, Arkansas State students have the right to grieve alleged violations of their academic rights.
Student Conduct
The Office of Student Conduct is responsible for addressing issues of behavior with students and student organizations. They also offer programming to educate students on appropriate behavior.
Child Maltreatment
If the child is in immediate danger, dial 911. Otherwise, contact the Child Abuse Hotline at (800) 482-5964 or University Police at (870) 972-2093.
Potential Fraud
You are encouraged to submit reports relating to violations stated in our Arkansas State University System Fraud Policy, as well as asking for guidance related to other policies and procedures.
Employee Grievances
All grievances will be investigated promptly and thoroughly. A grievance must be activated within sixty (60) days from the time the events leading to the complaint occurred. You can find the faculty and staff policies online.
