Consumer Information

Student Right-to-Know

The Student Right-To-Know and Campus Security Act of 1990 requires all institutions participating in Federal Student Aid Programs to disclose basic information such as graduation rates for all entering freshmen, campus security policies, and campus crime statistics.

Make a Data Request

In order for your data request to be processed in a timely manner, please follow the instructions below to use the appropriate portal.
student union
To request data for decision-making, internal planning, internal self-analysis, distance education, or any other ad hoc data requests, please use the DEDT Data Request form.
fall library
To request official census data, accreditation-related reports, third-party survey reports, or any public-facing data, please use the Census Data Request form.

University Census

A-State takes census on the 11th day of class for Fall and Spring and the 5th day of class in Summer. The counting starts on first day of class (i.e., Day 1) and excludes weekends and holidays (e.g., Labor Day).
