Get Moving
Wellness is built into the A-State experience. Whether you're hitting the gym, biking between classes, or cheering from the sidelines, our campus is designed to keep you active, healthy, and connected.

The Red W.O.L.F. Center is your all-in-one destination for fitness and fun. Work out
with the latest equipment, join a rec league, or scale the rock climbing wall. With
indoor courts, an elevated track, and free entry for students, it’s easy to stay energized
and engaged.

Biking On Campus
With bike racks across campus and scenic paths through green spaces, biking is one
of the best ways to get around A-State. Ride to class, explore on weekends, or join
the cycling club—just don’t forget your helmet.

Whether you’re playing or cheering, Red Wolves athletics bring the energy. A-State
competes in NCAA Division I with 16 varsity teams, plus club sports like rugby and
esports, and plenty of intramural leagues. Students get free admission to home games—so
suit up and show your Pack Pride.
